Three shops gutted in Lahore inferno

LAHORE: A fire broke out at an oil shop on Raiwind-Lahore Road on Thursday morning, gutting at least three nearby shops and a van, police and rescue officials confirmed.
According to Rescue 1122, the blaze spread rapidly due to the presence of flammable materials in the area.
Firefighters reached the scene promptly and managed to control the flames after an intense effort.
Passenger van catches fire at M2 motorway
The cooling process is still underway to prevent the fire from reigniting. No loss of life has been reported so far.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the incident, with initial findings pointing to a possible short circuit.
