Unknown attackers beat staff of a women’s college

LAHORE: A group of unidentified assailants attacked a women’s college in the Kahna area of Lahore, brutally assaulting the principal, female staff, and several other individuals.

According to a private news channel, the attackers used sticks and other weapons to inflict violence. Male staff members who attempted to intervene were also beaten.

CCTV footage of the attack has emerged, showcasing the violence. The assailants also snatched the mobile phones of staff members who were recording the incident.

Punjab govt to cover fees for top-performing students

Sources indicate that the assault stemmed from a dispute regarding outstanding fees from students.

Dr Sania, the college principal, claims that the attackers also made off with Rs1,500,000 rupees in cash, jewelry, and mobile phones.

Kahna police have registered a case based on the statement of Principal Sania Saadat. The case names seven unidentified assailants, including students Laila, Atifah, and Anberin.
