ISLAMABAD: The acquittal pleas of the former premier Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in Toshakhana II case were rejected by the Special Judge Central Islamabad Shahrukh Anjumand.
The court, established inside Adiala jail, had previously reserved the verdict on the bail pleas of the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and the former first lady.
The accused could not be indicted in today’s hearing either. The court has adjourned the hearing until Monday, November 18, when the accused are also likely to be charged.
Imran Khan appeared in the court today, while Bushra Bibi was absent from the proceedings.
