Another day, another figure: ‘KP, Balochistan hold minerals worth $6 trillion’

PESHAWAR: The Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Awards Ceremony was held at the Governor House earlier today.

The event that was attended by the governor of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa (KP), Haji Ghulam Ali, focused on bringing in international investors to benefit from business in the mineral-rich province.

The governor, while addressing the event, emphasised the commitment to address the issues facing the business community both at the local and government levels.

He also informed that KP and Balochistan collectively possess minerals valued at approximately $6 trillion and stressed the need for comprehensive research in this regard.

The Ghulam Ali also underscored the essential role of the citizenry and the business community in contributing to Pakistan’s development.
