LG by-elections in 16 districts of Sindh today

KARACHI: Local Government by-elections is being held in 16 districts of Sindh today (Sunday).

The Election Commission has established a control room to monitor the election process.

The control room which will remain functional till Monday will also address the grievances and complaints.

Meanwhile, the local body by-polls for different seats are being held in five districts of Karachi.

The polling started at 8.00.am and will continue till 5.00 pm without break.

At least 121 polling stations have been set up in the metropolis.

The polling is being held for ten seats of Chairman, and 16 Vice Chairman including Ward Members LG by-polls schedule notifiedthroughout Sindh.

A total of 74 general seats across the province will be contested in these by-polls.
