RAWALPINDI: Anti-Terrorism Court on Thursday cancelled the arrest warrants of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the November 24 protest case.

The petition stated that the Peshawar High Court had already granted bail to Ali Amin Gandapur in all pending cases. The lawyer also presented the High Court’s order to the court.
Hearing the defense lawyer’s arguments, the judge not only cancelled the arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandapur but also stopped proceedings regarding declaring him a proclaimed offender.
