T20 World Cup 2024: Pakistan set 160-run target for USA

DALLAS: Pakistan on Thursday set a 160-run target for the United States (USA) in the ongoing match of T20 World Cup 2024, currently taking place at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas this Thursday.

Earlier USA won the toss and elected to field first.

The American cricket team captain said that he decided to field after assessing the pitch conditions. He said that they aim to bowl well against Pakistan, hoping to maintain their winning streak following a fantastic victory against Canada. One change has been made to the team, he said.


Pakistan captain Babar Azam said that if we had won the toss, we would have bowled. He said that they were playing with four fast bowlers on the field.


The national squad consists of Shaheen Shah Afridi, Haris Rauf, Naseem Shah and Mohammad Amir, Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Fakhar Zaman, Iftikhar Ahmed, Mohammad Usman, Azam Khan and Shadab Khan.
