Caretaker Federal Minister for Finance, Revenue, and Economic Affairs, Dr Shamshad Akhtar, has disclosed that Pakistan aims to secure approximately $4.5 billion from both multilateral and bilateral sources, excluding the International Monetary Fund (IMF), in the ongoing fiscal year 2023–24.
