Moody’s Ratings, a global credit rating agency, expressed that Pakistan’s newly-announced budget for fiscal year 2024-25 could facilitate Islamabad’s ongoing negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a new Extended Fund Facility (EFF).
