Just like every year, smartphone brands from Infinix to Samsung introduced a range of devices in Pakistan in 2024. However, not all phones lived up to their price tags or attracted customers.
There was a time when mid-range phones in Pakistan were considered those priced below Rs50,000, but with the rising cost of smartphones, most mid-range devices are now priced higher. The more affordable ones are often considered too laggy for daily use.
Below are some of the best mid-range smartphones that stood out in 2024.
Infinix Note 40 Pro

The Infinix Note 40 Pro was a much-discussed and loved phone on social media, with many highlighting its impressive specifications.
However, it was also a hard-to-find device in the local market, with sellers claiming it was out of stock and available only through black market channels.
Despite this, its features justified the Rs75,000 price tag, offering a 120Hz 3D curved 6.78-inch AMOLED display, a 108 MP main camera, a 32 MP front camera, and a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
The phone generated considerable hype, especially after YouTubers reviewed it, as it offered a premium curved display for under Rs80,000, which is a rarity in mid-range smartphones.
Oppo Reno 12F
Feature | Specification |
Display | 6.72 inches, AMOLED, 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels) |
Processor | MediaTek Helio G92 Max, Snapdragon 685 |
RAM | 8GB |

The hype around Oppo phones has waned in Pakistan, as the company has reduced the number of devices it offers and its marketing efforts.
Nevertheless, Oppo introduced the Reno 12F in 2024. The phone features a 120Hz AMOLED 6.67-inch display, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. It also boasts a triple-camera setup with a 50 MP main camera and a 32 MP front camera.
Priced at Rs60,000, it provides good value for money, despite being powered by the less impressive Snapdragon 685 processor and having noticeable bezels.
The Oppo Reno 12F was seen by many as a competitor to the Redmi Note 13 and Note 13 Pro, but it didn’t gain as much popularity. Some retailers even admitted that Redmi phones were outselling Oppo in the local market.
Samsung Galaxy A35
Feature | Specification |
Display | 6.6 inches, Super AMOLED, 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels) |
Processor | Exynos 1380 |
RAM | 8GB |
Storage | 256GB |
Rear camera | 50MP main + 8MP ultrawide + 5MP macro |
Front camera | 13MP |
Battery | 5000mAh, 25W charging |
Operating system | Android 13 |
Other features | In-display fingerprint sensor, 5G connectivity, IP67 water and dust resistance |
Samsung smartphones in 2024 continued to be somewhat out of reach for many Pakistanis.
Interestingly, the price of the Galaxy A35 has fluctuated multiple times since its launch, and it is currently priced at Rs108,000. This makes it difficult to classify as a mid-range device, as such a price tag is typically reserved for higher-end phones.
Nevertheless, its association with the trusted Samsung brand drew attention from loyal fans. The phone features a 6.6-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage, along with a 50 MP main camera and a 13 MP front camera.
Although it lacks standout features like a curved screen or flashy design, its 5G support and 4K video recording on both front and back cameras make it worth the price. After all, it’s a Samsung.
Vivo V30e
Feature | Specification |
Display | 6.78 inches, AMOLED, 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels) |
Processor | Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 |
RAM | 8GB |
Storage | 256GB |
Rear camera | 50MP main + 8MP ultrawide |
Front camera | 50MP |
Battery | 5500mAh, 44W fast charging |
Operating system | Android 14 |
Other features | In-display fingerprint sensor, 5G connectivity |
The Vivo V30e captured significant attention thanks to the company’s marketing efforts and its appealing design.
However, it is another expensive device that some in the Pakistani market would still classify as mid-range, with a price of Rs96,000. The phone offers a 120Hz AMOLED 6.8-inch display and features a dual rear camera setup, with a 50 MP main camera and a 32 MP front camera. Notably, both the front and rear cameras support 4K video recording, adding value for content creators.
Powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, the Vivo V30e is also a 5G device, priced under Rs100,000—cheaper than the Samsung Galaxy A35.
Redmi Note 13 Pro
Feature | Specification |
Display | 6.67 inches, AMOLED, 120Hz refresh rate |
Processor | MediaTek Helio G99 Ultra |
RAM | 8GB/12GB |
Storage | 256GB/512GB |
Camera | 200MP main camera + 8MP ultrawide + 2MP macro |
Battery | 5000mAh, 67W fast charging |
Operating system | Android 13, MIUI 14 |
Other features | In-display fingerprint sensor, NFC, 3.5mm headphone jack |
The Redmi Note 13 Pro was one of the most prominent smartphones from Xiaomi released in Pakistan in 2024, replacing the previous Redmi Note 12 Pro model. The phone comes in two variants: 12GB of RAM with 512GB of storage and 8GB of RAM with 256GB of storage.
The 512GB variant was initially priced at Rs85,000, while the 8GB RAM variant was priced around Rs73,000.
The phone features a MediaTek Helio G99 Ultra processor, a 120Hz AMOLED 6.67-inch display, and a 200 MP rear camera, which, while impressive, didn’t quite live up to the hype. It also lacks 4K support.
Despite this, the Redmi Note 13 Pro was considered good value for money due to Xiaomi’s growing reputation in Pakistan. Additionally, it supports ultra-fast 67W charging, making it an attractive option for those looking for fast charging capabilities.
