Israel intensifies targeted strikes on Hamas, Hezbollah

GAZA: The Israel army escalated its targeted operations against senior commanders of Hamas and Hezbollah amid ongoing regional conflicts.
Recent reports indicate that Israeli drone strikes in the occupied West Bank resulted in the deaths of nine Palestinians, including a high-ranking commander of the al-Qassam Brigades, the military arm of Hamas.

In a separate incident, an airstrike on a moving vehicle in Damascus, Syria, reportedly killed one person. This follows the killing of Ali Abd Ali, a prominent Hezbollah commander, in an Israeli airstrike on a vehicle in Lebanon. Hezbollah has since retaliated by targeting Israeli positions with rockets and artillery.
The Israeli military’s actions have extended to Gaza, where airstrikes have resulted in over 70 Palestinian fatalities. The ongoing bombardment has caused significant destruction.
Recent estimates from the United Nations Satellite Center indicating that almost two-thirds of Gaza’s infrastructure has been either destroyed or severely damaged.

Recovery and debris removal in the region are projected to take between 15 and 20 years.
