The ministry said its forces repelled more Ukrainian attempts to enter its western Kursk region.

On the same day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that its forces had 71 combat engagements on the front line over the past 24 hours, with the most intense ones in Pokrovsk, Kupiansk and Kurakhove areas, where they were taking all necessary measures to disrupt Russian plans and prevent their offensive.

Furthermore, Ukraine’s operations in Russia’s Kursk region were still ongoing.
