WASHINGTON: The United States (US) State Department said on Thursday that the possibility of Russia delivering weapons to North Korea was “incredibly concerning.”

“It would destabilise the Korean Peninsula, of course, and potentially … violate UN Security Council resolutions that Russia itself has supported,” spokesperson Matthew Miller told reporters.
