Trump projected to win Georgia, only needs Pennsylvania

Georgia

WEB DESK: American media projected Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump to win Georgia on Tuesday, after previously projecting the former president to win North Carolina.

Georgia and North Carolina both give the former president 16 additional electoral votes, putting all the pressure on Vice President Kamala Harris.

Harris will not only need to win Pennsylvania, but also both Michigan and Wisconsin. All three states are currently leaning towards Trump.

With Georgia and North Carolina both likely going to Trump, he would only need Pennsylvania to win the 2024 presidential election. Pennsylvania is vital to both candidates, as the hotly contested state will provide 19 much needed electoral votes to the winner.

Even if Trump fails to win Pennsylvania, he will only need to win in Wisconsin and Michigan, two other swing states where the former president is leading. Another avenue to the presidency is available for the Republican candidate by winning Michigan and Nevada.
