Chaudhary Khurram Khan Virk joins PML-N

WEB DESK: Chaudhary Khurram Khan Virk, the victorious independent candidate for MPA PP-48, has formally declared his decision to align with the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).

Announcing his move on the social media platform X, Virk expressed that his choice to join the PML-N comes after extensive consultations with the constituents of his region.

He highlighted that this decision is driven by his commitment to contribute to the overall well-being of the people and the constituency.

In the recently concluded elections, Khurram Khan Virk secured a triumph in PP-48 with an impressive 47,340 votes.

His victory surpassed that of PML-N candidate Liqauat Ali, who garnered 41,657 votes. This strategic decision to join PML-N marks a significant political development in the region.

Virk, known for his independent stance during the election campaign, believes that aligning with the PML-N will enable him to play a more effective role in addressing the needs and concerns of his constituents.
