Youme-e-Takbeer: Federal board exams scheduled for May 28 to be conducted on June 1

ISLAMABAD: According to a notification issued by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, all examinations and practicals scheduled for May 28, the public holiday on Youm-e-Takbir, will be conducted on June 1.

Update about the Karachi matriculation examination on May 28:

Separately, the Sindh Government has not announced any update regarding the matriculation examinations scheduled in Karachi for the May 28 holiday.

However, the University of Karachi has announced a public holiday on Youm-e-Takbeer, thereby cancelling all scheduled examinations.

The matriculation exams in Karachi were earlier postponed till May 27 and were scheduled to resume tomorrow, Tuesday.

Earlier today, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif officially declared May 28th, Youm-e-Takbeer, a public holiday in recognition of Pakistan’s unyielding defence capabilities.
