The 55-year-old Latino singer and actor married 52-year-old Affleck in Las Vegas in 2022. Their renewed relationship followed a previous high-profile romance from the early 2000s.

Known by the media as “Bennifer,” their earlier relationship was widely covered, featuring a notable engagement with a large pink diamond ring.

The couple’s first attempt at marriage in 2003 was called off before they eventually separated a few months later.

After their split, both celebrities went on to marry and divorce other partners. Lopez was previously wed to Marc Anthony, while Affleck was married to Jennifer Garner.

The two rekindled their relationship around three years ago, leading to a second engagement and marriage.

The couple’s second wedding took place in a larger ceremony in Georgia on 2022, marking the anniversary of their initial Las Vegas wedding.

During their time together, Lopez and Affleck appeared in two films: “Gigli” in 2003 and “Jersey Girl” in 2004. By the time Jersey Girl was released, their engagement had already ended.

Recently, Lopez referenced their relationship in her album “This Is Me … Now,” a follow-up to her 2002 release “This Is Me … Then.”

Affleck appeared in Lopez’s film “This Is Me … Now: A Love Story,” which premiered on Prime Video in February.

The couple also frequently appeared together to promote their projects and attended various events, including the Golden Globes earlier this year.

In May 2024, Lopez announced the cancellation of her summer tour for “This Is Me… Now,” citing a desire to spend more time with her family and close friends.
