Ruet-e-Hilal Committee to meet in Islamabad tomorrow for sighting Jamadi ul Awwal moon

ISLAMABAD: The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will meet in Islamabad on Tuesday (November 14) to sight the moon for the new Islamic month of Jamadi ul Awwal moon.

The meeting will be chaired by Chairman Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Chairman Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad.

Zonal Ruet-e-Hilal committees will meet in their respective provincial headquarters in Karachi, Lahore, Quetta and Peshawar.

Representatives of other organizations, including the Meteorological Department and SPARCO, will also be present to assist the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee in its meeting.

If the moon is sighted in Pakistan on Tuesday, Wednesday, November 15, will be the first day of Jamadi ul Awwal moon
