Kim Kardashian and Kanye West unite for daughter’s performance

LOS ANGELES: Kim Kardashian and her former spouse Kanye West reunited on their decade-long wedding anniversary to witness their daughter North West’s first performance at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, United States.

The couple tied the knot in 2014 amidst a high profile wedding ceremony in Italy. The divorced couple came together to support their eldest child North West as she performed on the stage.

Netizens online expressed anger and leveled accusations of nepotism at the couple’s daughter casting. Hollywood has been embroiled in controversy in recent years due to several instances of high-profile ‘nepo babies’ being cast in roles, such as Cara Delevingne and Lily-Rose Depp.

According to the DailyMail, North West was cast as a young Simba at The Lion King’s 30th anniversary concert in Los Angeles. Her performance reportedly earned her a standing ovation from the crowd.

Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye West in 2021. Their marriage was dissolved after a contentious legal dispute in November 2022.
