Foreign Ministry advises Pakistani citizens to avoid travel to Lebanon

WEB DESK: The Foreign Ministry has issued an advisory urging Pakistani citizens to avoid travel to Lebanon due to the current security situation in the region.

According to the advisory, all Pakistanis are instructed to refrain from travelling to Lebanon until further notice, in light of recent developments and the security conditions in the area.

The advisory further recommends that Pakistanis residing in Lebanon take advantage of commercial flight availability to leave the country and advises those remaining to exercise extreme caution.

Pakistani citizens in Lebanon are particularly urged to exercise heightened vigilance, especially in areas of heightened tension.

The advisory also directs Pakistani nationals to maintain contact with the Pakistani Embassy in Beirut through telephone, WhatsApp, or email.
