Khuzdar bus attack: Another female student passes away

KHUZDAR: Another female student, who was injured in the attack on a school bus in Khuzdar district of Balochistan, succumbed to her injuries on Thursday.

In a tragic incident of terrorism, a school bus carrying children was targeted in Khuzdar. The attack claimed the lives of three children and two soldiers, and left 53 others injured, including 39 children — eight of whom are in critical condition.

The latest victim identified has been identified as Sahar Saleem, who succumbed to her injuries. According to security sources, the death toll has now reached four children killed in the attack.

Pakistan has claimed that the attack was planned in India and carried out by its proxies in Balochistan. According to officials, the attack is part of a conspiracy to spread instability in Pakistan.

India has been consistently involved in terrorist incidents in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and is targeting Pakistan through proxy organisations.

Security officials say that the Khuzdar school bus attack is a response to Indian failure on the battlefield. “After a humiliating defeat, India has resorted to cowardly acts,” said a senior security source.

School students were targeted in the incident, which was strongly condemned by public and political circles.

Authorities say security has been tightened in the affected area, and a full investigation into the attack is underway.
