Major reshuffle at Pakistan Railways’ high cadre

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Railways on Friday notified major transfer and postings at high cardre levels at the Pakistan Railways (PR).

According to anotification issued by the Ministry of Railways, Inam Ullah, a BS-20 officer of the Civil Engineering Department of Pakistan Railways, who worked as Managing Director/Concrete Sleepers Factory, Headquarters Office, Lahore, was transferred and posted as Divisional Superintendent, Peshawar.

Muhammad Farooq Iqbal Malik, a BS-20 officer of Railways (C&T) Group, who worked as Project Director, PMU/ERP, PR, Headquarters Office, Lahore, was transferred and posted as Chief Marketing Manager, PR, Headquarters Office, Lahore.

Aizaz Hussain Syed, a BS-20 officer of the Civil Engineering Department of PR, who worked as Chief Engineer/Design, PR, Headquarters Office, Lahore, was assigned to look after the post of Managing Director/Concrete Sleepers Factory, PR, Headquarters Office, Lahore.

Maqsood Ahmad Jan, a BS-19 officer of Railways (C&T), who worked as Divisional Superintendent, PR, Peshawar, was transferred and posted as Director General/Operations (BS-20/OPS), Ministry of Railways Islamabad.

Faiz Ahmad Khan, a BS-19 officer of (C&T), who worked as Chief Customer & Facilitation Manager, PR, Headquarters Office, Lahore, has been transferred and posted as DG/Quality Control & Fuel Monitoring (BS-20/OPS), PR, Headquarters Office, Lahore.

Tariq Anwar Sipra, a BS-19 Officer of Railway (C&T), Group, who worked as Chief Marketing Manager, PR, Headquarters Office, Lahore, was transferred and posted as DG/Public Relations (BS-20/OPS), PR, Headquarters Office, Lahore.

Shahid Hussain Sammo, a BS-19 office of Railways (C&T), who worked as DG/Operations, Ministry of Railways, Islamabad, was transferred and posted as Chief Customer & Facilitation Manager (BS-20/OPS), PR, Headquarters Office, Lahore.

Riaz Hussain Zardari, a BS-19 office of Stores & Purchase Department of PR, who worked as Deputy Chief Controller of Purchase Department, PR, Headquarters Office, Lahore, was transferred and posted as Chief Controller of Stores (BS-20/OPS), PR, Headquarters Office, Lahore, while Rashid Shahzad will continue to work at Ministry of Railways, Islamabad.
