Metro bus service resumes in twin cities

ISLAMABAD: Metro Bus service between the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi resumed on Saturday after a gap of five days.
The metro bus service in twin cities had been halted due to security measures for the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit.
Islamabad schools to remain open tomorrow
On Saturday the Metro bus service between Saddar Station and Pak Secretariat was restored after a five-day suspension.
The Metro Bus remained non-operational from October 14 to 18, causing significant inconvenience for daily commuters. However, following the completion of the summit, the service has now resumed regular operations much to the relief of the public.
