“The international community must ensure an immediate ceasefire and aid delivery to Gaza. Israel’s cruelty, brutality and genocide is the most serious violation of human rights”, he said in his address.

In his address to the entire nation, Zardari congratulated Pakistanis and wider Muslim community on Eid-ul-Fitr. He hoped that the day would bring “hopes of happiness, peace, and security” for everyone.
The president reminded the nation to be grateful to “Allah Almighty for blessing us” and to help the “deprived sections of the society” as Eid-ul-Fitr “is a day of sharing happiness and sacrifice”.
While conceding the nation “needed to” overcome a lot of “obstacles”, Zardari stated that he prayed for “the well-being and prosperity of every Pakistani”, and “may Allah bless our nation”.
