Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri have been assigned to preside over the case. At the center of this legal dispute is Chairman PTI’s challenge to the trial court’s decision on August 5.

The IHC had previously granted a reprieve to Chairman PTI by suspending his sentence in the Toshakhana case. This upcoming hearing will be closely watched, as it holds significant implications for the political landscape in Pakistan and the fate of the PTI leader.
