Quoting Article 19 of the Constitution of Pakistan, General Syed Asim Munir delineated the limits of freedom of speech and expression, warning against flouting these restrictions. “Those who blatantly flout the clear restrictions imposed on freedom of expression in the Constitution cannot point fingers at others.”
