Funeral prayer held for Naib Subedar martyred in Chilas landslide

The landslide occurred on Thursday and had blocked entire Karakoram Highway for any kind of traffic. The Pakistan army dispatched a Frontier Works Organisation (FWO) unit to help the stranded commuters. The unit was led by Naib Subedar Khalid and while helping to clear the landslide, a second landslide critically injured the entire unit.
