Cantonment Executive Officer, Syed Ali Irfan Rizvi of Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB), announced that the extensive underground electricity cabling project in Saddar, the largest and busiest business centre in the Rawalpindi Cantonment area, is on track for completion within the next nine months.
