Amir Khan awarded honorary rank of Pakistan Army Captain


RAWALPINDI: Amir Khan was granted the honorary title of Pakistan Army Captain for a day on Tuesday during an event hosted by the Pakistan Army.

Recognizing his remarkable contributions to boxing, the army paid tribute to the accomplished athlete in a special ceremony, acknowledging his achievements in the sport.

Khan, expressing his appreciation, emphasized Pakistan’s youth’s immense talent and vowed to establish additional boxing academies across the nation. Encouraging young people to actively engage in sports, he voiced optimism for future triumphs in global competitions like the Olympics and Commonwealth Games.
