Six universities in Punjab get new Vice Chancellors

LAHORE: A recent notification has announced the appointments of new Vice Chancellors for six prominent universities in Punjab.

Dr Shahid Munir has been appointed as the Vice Chancellor of the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore.

Dr Ahmad Shuja has been named the Vice Chancellor of the University of Gujrat. Muhammad Inayatullah Khan takes on the role of Vice Chancellor at UET Taxila.

Meanwhile, Dr Muhammad Zubair has been appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan.

Dr Amir Azam has been designated as the Vice Chancellor of Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Technology. Dr Akif Anwar steps into the role of Vice-Chancellor at the University of Education, Lahore.
