The rapper’s father Johnathan Porter confirmed his son’s sentencing via social media. In a social media post, the father of Blueface expressed extreme dissatisfaction with the judge’s ruling.

On image-sharing social media platform Instagram, Johnathan Porter condemned the ruling. He also confirmed Blueface was given a four-year prison time.

Meanwhile, Blueface’s manager, Wack 100, provided more details. He said that due to time already served—over 400 days—the rapper’s prison term was reduced to almost three years

Wack 100 also indicated that with credits for time served, Blueface might be released in just nine to ten months.

The sentencing follows Blueface’s earlier legal issues. He turned himself in for a probation violation in January and had a warrant out for his arrest related to a shooting in Las Vegas.

He was initially sentenced to probation with a suspended prison term of two to five years. The rapper’s sentencing was later postponed due to the judge’s surgery.

Meanwhile, Blueface’s former girlfriend Chrisean Rock is also looking at prison time. Rock is looking at eight to ten years in prison for drug-related charges.

Blueface former partner is being held in a prison in Oklahoma. Her charges includes failure to have a tax stamp affixed to controlled dangerous substances (CDS) and possession of CDS with intent to distribute. Each charge carries a potential four-year prison term.
