Bolan Medical College closed for two weeks

QUETTA: Bolan Medical College has been closed for two weeks after clashes erupted between two student groups, leaving six students injured.

In a notification issued by the College Principal, the Bolan Medical College will remain closed for two weeks and the hostels have also been evacuated.

The clashes reportedly erupted over the allotment of hostel rooms. The two groups attacked each other with rods and sticks as a result six students were injured in the clashes. The injured students were shifted to the hospital and are recuperating,

Twelve students have been arrested for their involvement in the incident.
