Islamabad: Session Court has ordered arrest of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur in the case involving allegations of possessing weapons and alcohol.
Rejecting the PTI leader’s request for exemption from court appearance on medical grounds in the case the court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Ali Amin Gandapur.

The Court has directed the SHO Bara Kahu police station to arrest and present the PTI leader in court by tomorrow.
The case dates back to October 30, 2016, when Ali Amin Gandapur was allegedly involved in an illegal gathering and violated the orders of the District Magistrate. The court is seeking clarification on several key points, including the PTI leader’s presence at the scene and his actions during the incident.
