ISLAMABAD: Another instance of Toshakhana gift misuse surfaced against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, on Saturday.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) initiated another investigation into the former PM and former First Lady Bushra Bibi regarding the alleged illegal possession and sale of high-value items received as gifts.

The investigation focused on the unauthorized sale of seven watches, including Graff and Rolex timepieces, along with diamond and gold jewelry, reportedly without proper documentation.
A set of Graff watches was reportedly sold without appropriate documentation, with allegations of collusion involving a private appraiser. During Khan’s tenure as PM, the couple allegedly received 108 gifts, retaining 58 items undervalued by approximately Rs142 million. This violates the Toshakhana rules and regulations.
The investigation also reportedly uncovered the extent of Toshakhana misuse, including under-reporting and sale of gifts. The latest investigation follows a previous case where Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were sentenced to imprisonment and fines. Their sentence was later suspended by the Islamabad High Court.
