According to sources, the meeting has been rescheduled on account of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif falling sick.

Army chief Gen Asim Munir, Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) chief, heads of intelligence institutions, all provincial chief ministers, key federal ministers and others would attend the meeting.

The meeting will discuss the rising incidents of terrorism, particularly the law and order situation in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the implementation of the National Action Plan on counter-terrorism, improving coordination between provinces and the federation, and ensuring effective intelligence sharing.
