ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has sufficient petroleum reserves to meet the country’s demand until the third week of June, according to the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office.

In a statement issued on Monday, the office said that current fuel stocks are enough to ensure smooth supply across the country for the coming weeks. It added that there is no immediate risk of shortage.

Authorities said they are closely monitoring the situation to maintain stability in the supply and distribution of petroleum products nationwide.
