SSGC billing services to remain suspended for three days

KARACHI: Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has temporarily suspended its bill submission services due to an upgrade in its customs care and billing system.

According to the SSGC, the billing services interruption will begin at 12:30 PM on Friday, August 9, and continue until 11:30 PM on Sunday, August 11.

Customers are advised that the facility to submit gas bills will not be available during this period.

The company has assured that all service centers will resume operations on Monday, August 12, at 8:30 AM.

Customers are encouraged to plan accordingly to avoid inconveniences during this brief downtime.

The upgrade is part of SSGC’s ongoing efforts to enhance service quality and customer experience, the press release said.
